The Double Balcony Rooms are located on the first floor of the hotel and have a balcony from which you can enjoy the view of the countryside of Villasimius.
Furnished in Mediterranean style with warm wood colours and typical Sardinian decorations, they offer a comfortable double bed (on request two separate beds), desk and wardrobe. In some rooms with balcony it is possible (on request and with supplement) to add a cot for babies and children up to 2 years. Alternatively, a child aged 0 to 2 years old can sleep in bed with their parents without extra charge. The private bathroom enjoys natural light thanks to a window and is equipped with a shower.
