Villasimius owes its fame to its beautiful pristine beaches: an endless sequence of coves, natural gulfs, cliffs, small bays, which make it one of the most sought-after destinations in the field of Italian and international tourism.
Villasimius has the good fortune to rise right in the middle of the south-eastern tip of Sardinia, in a part of mainland that stretches into the sea towards the Island of Cavoli. A territory stretching from Capo Boi (to the west) to the stretch of coast overlooking the Island of Serpentara (to the east): in all, over 35 km of coastline where everyone can choose and find their favourite stretch of beach, whether white or fine sand, or of nice smooth pebbles or, still, of rocks suitable for snorkeling. ‘ It is also possible to choose to have fun on the most popular beaches (never crowded) or indulge in the luxury of a lonely cove… There is no limit to the variety of our beaches, and they are all bathed by a crystal clear and uncontaminated sea, with colors ranging from blue to cobalt blue. It is no coincidence that one of the most important Marine Protected Areas in Sardinia was established to protect this paradise: the Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara.

Porto Sa Ruxi
Wide beach of quartz sand, divided into successive coves and set by rocks and massive rocks. Exposed to the South-West. It is 5 km from our hotel. We recommend using the car.
Piscadeddus
Thin stretch of beach mostly rocky but with stretches of quartz sand, facing south-west. It is 3 km from our hotel. Recommended to use the car.
Campus Beach
Long beach of thick sand, exposed to the West. The bottom drops quickly.
It is 2 km from our hotel but you can also reach it on foot in 15 minutes by a shortcut. Equipped beach.
Campulongu
Beach famous for the very low bottom, you can walk even 50 meters with water to life. White sand and fine, exposed to the west. It is 2 km from our hotel. We recommend using the car. Equipped beach.
Spiaggia del Riso
The beach owes its name to grains similar to rice grains that until 20 years ago covered it making it unique in the world.

Beach of the Old Fortress
Small cove between the Port and the Old Fortress. Spacious beach of quartz sand, facing north. It is 5 km from our hotel.

Santo Stefano
It is a small beach consisting mostly of rocks and alternating stretches of sand. Quite reserved, suitable for snorkeling, stretches with a theory of rocks to the promontory of the Old Fortress. Facing west, with a view of the namesake island of Santo Stefano

Cala Caterina
Small sandy cove surrounded by villas on the sea. Almost a private beach but accessible by all via a public road. Facing west.

Cala Burroni
It is the most southern beach of our territory and overlooks directly on the Island of Cabbages. Exposed to the South, only a small part is sandy, the rest of the coast here is variously rocky.

Part of the beach is still covered by the square rocks of the ancient granite quarry. For the rest it is surrounded by a grove of eucalyptus that make it the ideal place for a refreshing break.

Walking along the coastal road towards Costa Rei, you will come across two unique pearls in the world. The beach of Riu Trottu is characterized by a beach of polished pebbles and water colors ranging from green to turquoise. A little further on is the Punta Molentis beach.
